Jim Johanson
Attorney Lead counsel
Jim
Johanson provides a wide range of legal services and has a distinguished
background. Jim grew up in the South Snohomish County area. He has been practicing
law for more than 15 years and is a former Pierce and King County Deputy Prosecutor,
assistant attorney for the city of Lynnwood, lobbyist for Community Transit
and former member of the Washington State Legislature. Consequently,
he has written
and prosecuted the laws of the land. Prior to being an attorney, Jim sold real
estate in the Puget Sound area for ten years. In the state of Washington, Jim
has wide name recognition and knows many of the judges and bar members in the
area. Accordingly, all of these factors will aid in the representation of clients.
Jim's state and federal practice includes extensive litigation experience with:
Personal Injury, Business/Employment law, including partnerships and Corporations,
Administrative law, Discrimination/Harassment, Estate Planning, including Wills
and Trusts, Criminal Defense, Real Estate, and Land Use Law. Jim has a wide knowledge
of the law and the skills to adeptly handle a case.

Charla Carr
Paralegal
Charla came to Washington after graduating from the University
of North Dakota ten years ago. Since that time she has worked
as an advocate for victims rights. Prior to working as a paralegal
she worked in law enforcement. Law is in her blood. Helping victims
navigate through a sometimes difficult and confusing system has
been her goal. Since joining
the Johanson Law Team, Charla has become a huge asset. No case
is too
small or too big is her motto and she goes out of her way to
ensure that our clients know that they have a strong team in
their corner.
In her spare time she enjoys skiing and being a soccer mom.
Charla is a non-lawyer member of the Washington State Trial Lawyer
Association and has attended several continuing legal education
courses.

Sam Ciccu
Legal Assistant
Sam grew up in Bothell. This hometown college graduate was able
to complete her undergrad degree by age 20 at Indiana University.
Sam provides services in a wide range of legal areas to include
Probate/Wills, criminal law, and general litigation. Sam is very
passionate about the law and is eager to tackle your legal dilemmas.
In her spare time Sam volunteers in the community as a volleyball
coach, mentor, and member of the Snohomish Diversion program. For
fun she enjoys sports, travel, and cooking.
